Amorossa Beachfront Village by Konnect

We spent two weeks here and had a great stay. The location works well, with restaurants in both directions, and the staff looked after us so well. Many thanks, we’d definitely come back.

We arrived late, close to midnight, in late May just as the season was starting. Pedros, who runs and maintains the village, greeted us. He was polite and friendly, always ready to help, and makes a pretty mean club sandwich. The location is handy, midway between Acharavi and Roda, with the sea right in front. Each is about a 10-15 minute walk, past apartments and restaurants along the way. It’s quiet enough to relax, but the busier spots are easy to get to. Our room was clean and comfortable, the service was amazing, and the cleaner was very friendly. I’d recommend staying here to anyone who’ll listen. We had a really good time.

The sea is only twenty feet from the front gate, and we went in every day. It’s easy to get into, so anyone with mobility issues should manage, though you’d obviously want to book a downstairs apartment. Roda town is a ten minute walk one way, with Acharavi about the same in the other direction. Food was great everywhere, with huge portions and reasonable prices. We had an upstairs studio with everything we needed, including a little kitchen with plenty of utensils and even a sandwich toaster. There was a dressing table and hairdryer in the bedroom for my wife, plus a large balcony with a table, chairs and a clothes dryer with pegs. The cleaners came every three days or so. The rooms and pool area were very clean, and the setting is beautiful. Pedros was always around and nothing was a problem for him, a really nice man. We’d read that mosquitoes could be an issue, but in two weeks we didn’t see any or get a bite. I use DEET spray and stayed away from bushes and shady spots. At night it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop, so we slept well. My wife and I have just come back from two weeks at amorossa, roda,acharavi, and we’re already looking forward to coming back with our families. Love this place. Ignore the bad reviews.

The staff were great, the rooms were nice and the food was amazing. I’d absolutely recommend it.
