10/10
The seafront setting is a big part of the appeal, with a pool between the hotel and the sea and a bar beside it. The rooms and dining areas are pleasant, and the staff were nice too. We stopped at Ramada Dedeağaç at the end of our week in Greece, in December, and I could easily imagine wanting to come back in summer. It seemed especially popular with Turkish families visiting Dedeağaç for weekend shopping, judging by the cars in the parking lot and the guests at breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The room was roomy and spotless, and breakfast offered good quality and plenty of choice. Everyone was polite and ready to help. I really enjoyed my short stay at this special luxury hotel.

4/10
The indoor pool was out of service, and there had been no notice on the website or elsewhere. That was a nasty surprise, and if I'd known, I'd have booked another place. Reception also told me pool access normally costs extra at all the hotel's pools, something I hadn't come across before in Europe. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and breakfast was decent, but at nearly €200 a night the value just isn't there. The hotel badly needs renovation. I won't be back.

Room 204 was very clean, and the sea view was lovely. Breakfast was superb. Dafni and Lia at reception were a real credit to the hotel, their customer service deserves five stars.

2/10
The food selection was poor and the quality only average. The towels aren't changed, and today I was given a worn, frayed cloth with stains on it. The manager apologized and cut it off, but I waited two hours for a replacement and had to ask a second time. I hope it arrives before my stay is over. The service doesn't live up to the hotel's star rating.
