Privacy and the host were the biggest problems for us. The host lives in the villa, and there are cameras around it, even on the balcony, so there was hardly any private space. They spent a lot of time on the balcony and stayed up late playing loud music. It was a pretty crazy stay. The villa also felt far too expensive for what it offered. There was air conditioning only in the living room, so the bedrooms would be unbearably hot in summer. Water leaked from a bathroom light, and it was neither fixed nor isolated while we were there. The host was the most unwelcome I’ve ever experienced.

A quiet place to unwind, right by the sea, almost as if the house were in the water. The house is thoughtfully designed, and the beds are comfortable. It felt like heaven.

The view was the one good thing. The yard around the villa was neglected, and there was no proper organization for waste disposal. Inside, the three-bedroom apartment had just one air conditioner in the living room, and it was switched off whenever we were out. There wasn't enough hot water, and the WiFi was poor. We also had very little personal space. Our terrace was shared with the owners' and only divided by a movable screen. The owners were very unpleasant and inhospitable; it felt like all they cared about was making money.

The apartment itself was spacious, with a roomy kitchen, comfortable beds, and a sea view. Things seemed promising at first, but dealing with the owner made the stay difficult. She was very dismissive, took no feedback, and came close to being offensive in every interaction. She even arrived at 9:50am, ten minutes before checkout, to make us leave. There were safety issues around the property too. Rusty metal bars supporting decorative plants could be risky for children, and the fence near the water was rusty, unstable, and easy to detach, which wasn't safe for adults or kids. Keep track of any damage already there to avoid misunderstandings. There was no internet. The owners have also extended the property into the sea with a relatively new concrete platform over the beach, blocking people from walking along it. It seems against the rules and harmful to nature, and it's embarrassing.
