This restaurant has loads of potential because of its location, but the food was really poor compared with the other places we tried. There seemed to be no standards. The guy at the door was very polite and offered us free wine. We soon understood why it was free: it tasted like vinegar, so we paid for a decent bottle instead.

We tried the Beef Stifado and pork steak on our first visit, and both were delicious. My son said the Beef Stifado melted in his mouth, and he only let me have a small taste before saying he wanted to come back for more. The service was excellent too. We’ll definitely return.

I’m glad I got to try this very friendly family restaurant. The portions are huge and the food is very good, especially the lamb. Highly recommend.

The guy at the door was great, but the service after that was poor. We were given plates for bread and none arrived. We ordered two pizzas, including the Volcano, which was meant to have Tabasco but didn’t. It looked just like the frozen one we’d seen at Spar that day. My Margherita had far too much cheese. After eating, we waited to order dessert, but five members of staff walked past without helping, so we gave up and asked for the bill. They brought us shots, but by then it was too little, too late. Poor food and poor service. Avoid.
