Blue Riviera A.E

I’d happily stay here again. It’s very close to a supermarket and fitness club, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is a 10-minute walk. The room, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony were all great. These were the best apartments I’ve stayed in Athens!

We left after 12 hours because the place was disgusting and felt hazardous for our baby, who later got sick. Blue Rivieria Villas & Suites - Alimos 2 charged us for all six nights even though we barely stayed, and there’s still been no refund nearly two months later. We were promised one through Booking after the host acknowledged the hygiene problems, but they avoided calls and emails from Booking. They said they’d “yelled at the maid.” The check-in key box had the wrong key, and we waited 15 minutes while it was sorted out. The home hadn’t been cleaned: there was rubbish and old food left by previous guests, rodent and roach droppings, dirty dishes in the sink, knives and trash behind the fridge, and wet dishes sitting out. There were live maggots in the sponge and dish rack tray, huge worms in nearly every window sill, mold on the walls, and piles of dust and hair under beds and behind furniture. The linens didn’t look washed, and there were only about five tiny shampoo bottles for our six-night stay. Photos and videos showed all of this. The host, Dmitris, rarely answered calls or texts. When we did reach him after many tries, he was rude and hung up. He said he was in “Rhodes,” worked as a musician, and was too busy because of a concert. He sent videos of himself playing an instrument. We didn’t care about his other job or concert schedule while dealing with a hazardous property. He has no social skills or customer service knowledge. He clearly doesn’t visit the properties or do quality control. Absolute scam artist. Horrible place to stay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wonderful suites.

The houses are extremely clean and close to the sea, and the staff are very helpful. Well done, you’ve done an incredible job.
