Almyrida Resort

The location is absolutely incredible, and the family room worked perfectly for us and our two children. We just spent a fantastic week here, and all the staff were so lovely and helpful. My only constructive criticism is the pillows, and I had to dig deep to find that. Great hotel, we'll definitely look at coming back sometime!

Several of us staying here this past week came down with a stomach bug. Reception weren't helpful, and the hand gel dispensers were empty or broken. There's also a busy carpark right outside. It's a basic hotel. The pool area is small but nice, though the water is freezing.

For what we paid to stay here, the breakfast should have been better. There were hardly any options, and what was offered felt very cheap.

We spent a week here for a family holiday in April 2025, and the hotel had pretty much everything we wanted. The room had a fantastic view, the staff were really friendly and service minded, breakfast was a great buffet, and the pool area was really nice. We had no trouble getting around with our stroller. The only small drawbacks were the cold floor in our room if we didn't turn on the A/C, and the unheated pool, but neither changed our rating. The price felt fair, and we'd love to stay here again if we return to Crete.
