We stayed from August 30th to September 6th, 2025, and the house felt so warm and cozy that it was like having our own summer home. It was perfect, with everything we could need, a massive terrace for sunbathing and a huge veranda out back for a barbecue. George is a true gentleman who treated us like family and did everything he could to help. He renovated the house himself, and the personal touches throughout give it a lovely soul. This was our second visit to Paros. We love the island’s famous beaches and coves, but with Aliki and Ag. Nikolaos beaches right in front of the house, we didn’t feel we needed to go elsewhere. George provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in very handy, and there’s a private parking spot if you need one. If you want somewhere quiet, away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy what the island has to offer, this place and its host are hard to recommend enough. This is without a doubt the most deserving five-star rating I’ve ever given.

The studio has everything you need, and the shallow sea nearby makes this a great family spot, especially for children. We could have breakfast at home, barbecue in the backyard in the evening, and enjoy wine on the terrace at sunset, courtesy of the host. It’s close to the beach.
