The beach is broad and not too crowded, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The hotel itself is new, and while the rooms are comfortable, they aren't especially large. The grounds are spacious, with pine trees around the pool, bar, and restaurant, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The chef was excellent, though the half-board menu didn't change during the week. The gym equipment is good, but the gym needs daily cleaning. The spa is quite basic, costs extra, and has limited opening hours. A frustrating detail was the pool seating. Some loungers are included, but the more comfortable ones cost extra. They charged a full day's fee even for ten minutes' use, although the hotel was practically empty.

Panagiotis and his beach bar team really made our beach days, with kind, professional service and perfect cocktails. The whole staff went out of their way to make the holiday memorable, and the facilities were excellent. Our room was spotless too. We had a wonderful time at Grand Elis Hotel and would be very happy to return.

Panagiotis made our time by the sea so enjoyable. He was warm and clearly took real pride in his work, which made us feel welcome and relaxed. He was also consistently polite, professional, friendly, and quick to take care of anything we needed, without us having to ask twice. That kind of service stays with you on holiday. He's a real asset to the hotel, and his positive energy left a lasting impression.

The restaurant had excellent choices, and the cocktails are a must. Breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from, and our modern, spacious room was very clean. It's a brand new 5 start hotel right by the beach and forest. The beach is stunning, the pool is lovely, and the whole place feels peaceful, with excellent service and super friendly staff. We'd love to come back.

We spent four days at this new hotel and were absolutely delighted. The service was attentive, friendly, professional, and always helpful, and breakfast was fresh with a good variety. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot right on the beach beside a pine forest, ideal for unwinding and being close to nature. A real hideaway for anyone seeking quiet. We'd love to return.
