The apartment was nice and clean, but my passport and all my jewellery were stolen from our room. Someone went through our bags while we were out at dinner. There was no sign of a break-in. If you stay here, keep your belongings safe. In response to your comment: After your phone call, I didn't expect a better response from you. You deny it, but the theft happened at your property. That was the only place our things were left unattended. There was no sign of forced entry, but our belongings were missing. That doesn't prove you took them. Anyone could have had a copy of the room key, including a previous guest. You mention the safety of the property. The key collection box was open when we arrived. We didn't tell you because it didn't seem important then, but someone could have copied the key and put it back. The room safe was locked and inaccessible. When we reported the theft, you had to call someone to open it, so we couldn't secure our valuables, including my passport. There was also no CCTV watching the apartment door. You're right that you called the police. We chose to go to the police station and report the stolen passport instead of waiting three hours for the police to come to your property. We didn't press charges because it would have seriously harmed your reputation. We did discuss what had happened and the value of the stolen property with the duty officer. After we posted the review, you called my partner. First, you offered a refund for our stay if he withdrew the review, which he declined. Then you made threats, including a lawsuit, and said the owner was a lawyer. Thankfully, that conversation happened in a public place, with the microphone on and plenty of witnesses nearby. We never asked for any compensation. Your claims are despicable. Attacking, bullying, and threatening us won't change what happened, and it won't make us remove the review. As for my reviews, you really need to research better. I've left dozens of positive reviews on several sites, and only two negative ones, including this one. To anyone considering staying here, you'd better leave a good review or be ready for abuse and bullying from the hosts.

The rooms have loads of space, quality appliances and facilities, and ours was spotless. The building is very new, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. You can walk to both the beach and nightlife. Incredible value, and I’ll definitely come back.

The owners and staff were so welcoming and friendly. We’d booked five days, then added three more because we were relaxing and having such a good time. The rooms are new, spacious, quiet, very clean, and nicely decorated. The beach is close enough that you don’t need a car, and it was great value for money.
