The location and value for money were OK, but the service and atmosphere weren't what I look for, so I'd suggest staying elsewhere if those matter to you. A baby cot cost 20€ / day, and there were no baby chairs for meals. We had to use our trolley during our three-night stay. Dinner was included, but nobody prepared or offered anything for our son. Service depended on who was working. One receptionist called me "very rude" for saying the cot was expensive, which made me uncomfortable. He also shouted at my wife when she asked what time dinner was.

It's a quiet place with a family feel, near the beach, shops, and the airport bus stop. Breakfast was tasty, served buffet style, though the ingredients were very similar every day. The staff are lovely, and the swimming pool is well kept.

I found this hotel comfortable and really nice. The people are lovely, and the rooms are cozy with beautiful mountain views. I'm sure I'll visit again, because this place reminds me how beautiful Crete is.
