Dear Antonis, Thank you and the whole team for the warm welcome and kindness throughout our time at the hotel. From day one, the friendly, relaxing atmosphere and genuine hospitality made our holiday unforgettable. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. They were amazing, with so much kindness, dedication, professionalism and attention to detail, and their work made a real difference during our stay. We’re leaving with wonderful memories of Greece, its culture, beautiful landscapes and, above all, the warmth and kindness of the people we met on this trip. Thanks again for everything. The hotel itself is nice, but our first night was spoiled by overbooking. We were sent to a nearby “similar” hotel and given a room with mould where we barely slept. The reception gentleman showed no regret and kept saying this was normal in high season and that their compensation was enough. It wasn’t for us: the night was ruined, and we asked for a refund for it and for the room we had paid for during the rest of the holiday. They offered a triple room for the remaining stay instead. Please be aware they say overbooking is common in high season. With this service and these problems, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Maybe they’ll learn to treat guests properly and not ruin a holiday through their own overbooking mistakes.

After a long day, you can unwind in the rooftop pool. The staff are really friendly, breakfast is amazing, and the sea is close by. There’s also a lovely cat who’s always outside. What more could you ask for?

Our first night was a nightmare after the hotel overbooked our room and moved us to a mouldy hotel next door. We had to haul our luggage over there, which was a major hassle, and they didn’t offer us a refund.

The rooms were clean and regularly looked after, and the service was friendly and accommodating. Lino Mare Hotel is only about a five-minute walk from the beach, with plenty of good places to eat nearby for evening walks. The airport bus drops you right at the hotel, which makes getting there easy. The hotel food was just okay, though all the nearby dining choices made up for that. A convenient, relaxing place to stay, and I’d recommend it.
