Two good beaches are within a 5-minute walk. The road back to the house is steep, but nothing dramatic. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a parking space for every room. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very good accommodation option.

The view is perfect, and Alikes, the best beach in Ammouliani, is 5 minutes away. We stayed for 10 days. The staff were polite and around whenever needed, and the rooms were cleaned every three days with fresh towels. They fixed anything that wasn’t working. There’s a tidy yard, parking for everyone, and a nice barbecue area, though it could use some shade. The rooms we stayed in felt like three-star rooms, but everything else was okay, including how the staff were organized.

The room was clean, with a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, and the beds were really soft. There are vending machines for water, drinks, and coffee. It’s a lovely place with a nice beach view and is relatively cheap for a family, though the parking spots are a bit tight. We could hear the kids in the next room quite loudly.

The deluxe apartment had a really nice beach and sea view. It’s on top of a hill but close to the beach, about 4-6 minutes depending on whether you’re walking down or up. The only closer place aside from the camping. Sheets were changed regularly, and there are two barbecue areas to spend the evening in. The coin-operated coffee and soft drink machines are handy. A few things could be better. Bathroom water pressure was low and it wasn’t always hot, probably from the end-of-day rush. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was less comfortable with small kids. A hanger for the shower head would help. The chill areas were a bit dusty, likely from the car parking. Kids could play there, but it isn’t a green playground. Not perfect, but very nice. I’d definitely return.
