We loved having afternoon drinks on the balcony as the sun set over the sea and Katapola port. Our room was beautiful, and Andreas made the stay even better with a port pickup and a delicious homemade breakfast with a stunning view. The location is strategic, close to the port and central on the island, so the northern and southern beaches take less time to reach.

Andreas took time to explain the best things to do around the island, and he was very helpful. The location and rooms were amazing, as was breakfast, with fresh orange juice every morning and a stunning view. They arranged a free port transfer and even offered to pick us up later than planned so we could eat first. I’d definitely recommend it. A very satisfied customer.

Everything about our stay at Antreas and his wife's hotel was incredible, from the place itself to the breakfast and their recommendations. We can only recommend them, and we’ll miss their warm smiles each morning.

The host made our visit unforgettable. Andreas sat down with us with a map and marked out good spots for swimming, snorkeling, and eating. His restaurant tips were spot on, and he tries them himself each year. We even bumped into him around the port and while dining, and he was just as warm and welcoming. When our ferry was unexpectedly cancelled, he helped us work out other routes and offered to arrange transport to another port, which made a stressful problem much easier. We fell in love with Amorgos, with its views, food, and culture, and can’t recommend the hotel enough. Our room was spacious, well equipped with a kitchenette, and had a lovely balcony overlooking Katapola port. The hotel’s central location was handy for exploring: five minutes’ drive to the port, another five to Chora, and 20-30 minutes to most other parts of the island. Breakfast was a highlight too, with eggs, coffee, fresh orange juice, spinach pie, zucchini pie, and delicious orange cake.
