Dimitris made our arrival feel especially welcoming, offering us drinks and helpful ideas for exploring the island. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the villa sits in a peaceful part of the island. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beach, where there are several good places to eat. On our final day, he kept our bags while we toured and went for a swim, and even let us use towels and the garden showers. Such thoughtful hospitality, we had a great stay.

Dimitris helped us make the most of our days, sharing an island map marked with his suggestions and helping arrange a boat rental. Villa Dionysios is in a lovely spot, with shops, bars and restaurants an easy walk away, plus lots of parking for anyone arriving by car. We had a great time and would recommend staying here.

Dimitris went out of his way to set up a private boat tour for us when the boat owner was busy. He also had plenty of good suggestions for things to do. Villa Dionysios is on a quiet street, with a garden where you can sit and unwind. The beach, shops and lots of good restaurants are all within walking distance. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it.

The area was peaceful, and the beach was only about three minutes away. I felt so welcome in the lovely villa, which was cleaned regularly. Dimitris and his family were wonderful and did all they could to make my stay enjoyable. He was always around when I needed help. I’d happily recommend the place.

A peaceful spot for a holiday, away from the bars and noise. The property was clean, tidy and well kept, and the ground-floor apartment was otherwise great. The only downside for us was that it didn’t have air conditioning at the time, which was tough with the high humidity in Zakinthos. The owners were very nice, and I’d truly recommend staying here.
