The outdoor private area was a real highlight, and the whirlpool room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished, with plenty of room to relax. I’d have given five stars if not for a few drawbacks. Restaurant prices were extremely high, even by Central European standards: €7 for a soft drink and €17 for a cocktail. One small point about breakfast was the woman making the coffee, who didn’t always seem as welcoming or cheerful as the rest of the team. Breakfast matters to the guest experience and sets the tone for the day, so a warmer, more engaging approach would be appreciated. The restaurant, housekeeping and reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Their consistently professional service stood out against those few issues.

The deluxe swim-up suites were perfect, and we loved the modern touches in the room. The hotel is in a great location and was spotless every day. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, like staying with family. It’s clear they enjoy their jobs and work incredibly hard to look after guests. Nothing bad to say, it was perfect.

The view is amazing, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. A perfect place to relax, highly recommend!

The beach is right across the road, great for swimming and relaxing, with lots of water sports on offer. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, and the restaurant was delicious too. We had an amazing week at Galazio Beach resort. The staff were so kind and generous, and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend it for solo travelers, couples, families, or anyone after a relaxing getaway. Thank you all :)

We were disappointed to find that beach beds and umbrellas cost extra, despite the name "Galazio Beach Hotel". It felt misleading. Housekeeping and towel changes happened only every two days, and cleanliness was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we liked the relaxed atmosphere and pleasant pool area. Breakfast was delicious.
