We paid in advance in a rush and had terrible luck. The place was wrong in every way, and the way we were treated is hard to forget. We paid but didn’t use the room. They show you pictures, then after you’ve paid for at least three days, send you off to find your room. By then it’s too late to complain.
The only nice thing was the staff. The place didn’t look as good as the pictures, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no toilet paper, bath stuff or hairdryer. The air conditioning didn’t work and was very noisy.
We had to leave because we couldn’t stay in a place like this. There were bed bugs in the bed and ants everywhere. They tried to get rid of the ants but left the dead ones behind, which was disgusting. This is an absolute disgrace and the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It shouldn’t even have a star.
The doors wouldn’t close properly, the place was a mess, and we had bed bugs and ants. The staff were rude. They told me the cleaners were too scared to come to work because of the current times. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Love it here. This is our second time coming. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are friendly.
