Sardines Luxury Villa 2

We’ve already booked another stay after this truly amazing second visit. We spent eight wonderful days at Sardines Luxury Suites, in suite 3. The finish, fixtures, and fittings are top quality and clearly chosen with comfort in mind. The double shower, sinks, and Aqua di Parma products felt like a top-end hotel, and the bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor space was just as impressive, with a patio, sunbeds, comfortable seating, and a pool. The suite was serviced every 2-3 days to a very high standard, and the pool was maintained too. We arrived early on Saturday afternoon to a fantastic welcome pack. Niki and Dimitrios were wonderful hosts before and throughout our stay, always ready to help with excursions, restaurants, or general information about the area. You really have to see the suites in person to appreciate them. One tip: there’s a shortcut to Analipsi village that takes just a few minutes. Turn left as you leave the suite, follow the road, then take the first left. After a few hundred yards, cross a patch of land to reach the village. We’re looking forward to our next visit in 2026.

The pool was a real highlight, with lovely evening lighting, and it was the largest private one we’ve had. The villa was beautiful and the owners were so friendly, helping us with everything. Inside, there was all the furniture and kitchenware we needed, plus a big TV and even a projector to use outdoors. The fridge had complimentary treats and local wine too. We’d definitely recommend it.

They even welcome pets, which was such a lovely bonus. The villa was beautiful, clean, and in great condition, and the staff were wonderful. It had everything we needed, and the traditional drink and other treats were a really nice welcome. We’d love to come back next summer.

The location gave us a nice mix of quiet family time and outings, with villages, beaches, and local tavernas close enough to explore around Crete. Sardines Villas (Villa 1) was a wonderful setting for our first holiday with our baby. The villa felt peaceful and cozy despite its modern amenities, and its thoughtful layout made traveling with a little one much easier. Dimitrios and Niki welcomed us like family and took such good care of us throughout. You could feel how much thought they’d put into making the stay relaxing and family-friendly. We came away with lovely memories and are already hoping to return. We couldn’t have asked for a better first trip as new parents.
