Elena is such a great host. The studios are clean and safe, with everything you need, and there’s a supermarket downstairs. The prices are good too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The owners are incredibly kind, and there’s a shop right next door for anything you might need. I stayed in June 2025 in a modest studio with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove, fridge, and safe. The beach and a taverna are nearby too. A good choice for a Greek holiday without paying for a 4-star hotel. 😽😸😺

The place feels quiet and genuinely Greek, with clean, comfortable studios that offer good value. Elena Studios is a small family-run group of four, and the hosts are warm and attentive, cleaning regularly and topping up water and other small things. Guests have mentioned being given homemade ouzo, vegetables from the garden, and eggs from the hens, and one guest said the hosts do what they can to make people feel at home. Rooms are simple but functional, with a kitchenette, fridge, stove, air conditioning, and TV. An earlier guest described their room as clean and cozy and just as advertised. You’re only 80-150 meters from the sandy beach, taverns, cafes, shops, a nearby Stratos supermarket, and a market with fresh produce. There’s no entertainment program or loud nightlife, which suits couples and budget travelers looking for a peaceful stay.

The beach is close by, which was a plus. We picked this studio for Anaxos after reading the Google reviews, but I can't speak for the other studios. The property's furnishings and condition need attention, and while cleanliness was okay, the fixtures looked worn and seemed not to have been replaced for years. The kitchenette had very little equipment, and there were no cleaning supplies for washing up after meals, though the listing didn't mention that. The extra charge for the air-conditioning remote adds to the cost, even though air conditioning feels almost essential in this climate. I won't comment on the hosts, since we barely had any contact with them.
