In the evenings you can sit on the terrace or balcony and enjoy the night, and there’s a disco by the pool. The drinks are good too. This is a small, sweet hotel on Crete with a real sea view, called panoramic sea view. You can choose a room or a studio. The rooms are functional, clean, and right for a three-star place. The pool is very clean, and the family who run the hotel are really friendly and do a great job. I’m a bit physically limited after an operation, so they opened the side door for me and saved me a longer walk. Thank you so much, you’re the best. HG with daughter and her friend

We had a lovely 11 days at the Panorama Sea View Hotel in Anissaras and felt at home throughout. George, his son, and the rest of the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with whatever we asked. The place was kept very clean and well looked after. Trash was collected every day, the pool was always inviting, and it never felt crowded. It was useful to be able to rent a car or motorbike at the hotel or arrange excursions there. Breakfast was tasty and typically Greek. There’s also a small kitchen for anyone who would rather cook. Getting to the beach takes about 15 minutes on foot, and the bus stops are about the same distance away, with buses to Heraklion. That wasn’t a problem for us because there were plenty of options at the hotel and everything was well organized. A welcoming place with wonderful people, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Crete.

We’re very grateful to the owners and staff for their warmth and hospitality, and for making our holiday so good. The owner was especially loyal and friendly. We arrived at night and were supposed to wait until the next day to check in, but they let us into the room earlier. It was clean and tidy, with nothing extra. There’s a pool, bar, table tennis, and billiards. At checkout they helped us out again, so we could wait comfortably for our transfer.

The hotel had an amazing view, and the owner was very friendly and always willing to help with anything. It was a nice place to stay. The only thing I’d improve is the breakfast variety.
