Mitsis Selection Laguna

The spa treatments were heavenly, and Paulina Helen, Elena and Irene were both warm and professional. We also had a lovely photo shoot with Yulia, and got a beautiful package of pictures to keep. At Mitsis Laguna in Crete, the food and drinks were great at the main restaurant, the beach and pool bars, and the Alacarte restaurants. The staff were always willing to help. Thanasis deserves a special mention for being so personable and good at his job. He made us feel welcome and looked after. We also appreciated how everyone was treated with the same respect and kindness, whatever their race or background. That made the atmosphere feel welcoming throughout our October half-term stay. We enjoyed every moment and have already recommended Mitsis Laguna to friends and family. We’d happily return, maybe again this year. One of the best holidays we’ve had.

The food was great, and we liked the fine dining restaurants. The kids had fun with the entertainment, and the cocktails and coffee were superb. From check-in through to checkout, all the staff were amazing. Yanis at reception was great too. Thanks for a lovely holiday, and kudos to management. Can't wait to return!

The Disney shows were a highlight, full of fun, magic, and great performances that made the stay feel special. The hotel itself had a quiet, relaxing feel while still being close to everything. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a stunning view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi and luxurious bathroom products. The restaurant food was delicious with plenty of options, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. The staff were friendly and professional from start to finish, always going out of their way to make sure things were right. It was an amazing stay, and I can't wait to come back. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, quality, and great service.

The outdoor gym was a great idea. Thanks to Theodor Violetta Chris, we had an excuse to eat more on holiday! We also had no trouble booking the à la carte restaurants, and our rooms were clean with fresh towels whenever we needed them. What makes Mitsis Laguna special to us is how the staff treat you. They're cheerful, ready to help, and happy to bring drinks to your sunbed. Small requests weren't a problem either, whether that meant three eggs instead of one or fresh strawberries instead of jam. The drinks were well garnished and the food looked great on the plate. This was our fourth visit, and we travel all over the world, but we still think Mitsis Laguna is the best hotel anywhere. It feels different from a typical all-inclusive, and makes us feel special each day. It's the most relaxing holiday experience I've had. We'll definitely come back.
