Amaze Mykonos Luxury Seaview Retreat

We booked this Mykonos villa for my mother's birthday, but the stay turned into stress and disappointment. Problems came up almost every day, and the host was unprofessional, blamed us, made excuses, and offered no real fixes. When we raised concerns, he said we complained too much and told us to stop complaining and enjoy what we had. The outside room had no lock. We were told it would be fixed the next morning, but it never was. The stove didn't work properly, and there were blackouts at 6 am for three hours on two mornings. Hot water was unreliable; when we asked about it, the host blamed us for using it up, even though nobody had showered overnight. The only practical help was a portable stove, which he brought on the last day. We paid to extend our stay by one night and got confirmation. At 7:30 pm that day, the host said we had to leave by 11 am the next morning because he'd double-booked. He had already taken our money, then threatened us and forced us out. Our plans for that night and the next day were ruined. This was one of my worst experiences with a rental, and I strongly advise avoiding this villa.
