Robinson Daidalos

Lovely atmosphere, kind staff, delicious food, and perfect views. What more could you want for a great holiday? I highly recommend it.

The views are wonderful, and the place has lovely little white houses where guests stay. It's very kid-friendly, though the kids need watching as you make your way through the restaurants.

We loved cycling around the island, and the e-bike made the steep hills much more enjoyable. Thanks to the guys at the bike station. The SAFS week was another highlight, with a fantastic range of sports, dance, and yoga sessions. If that's your thing, choose that week next year. Daidalos sits beautifully on a steep shore, so the rooms, dining areas, pools, and sunbathing spots all look out over the sea and nearby islands. Everything is immaculately clean, the gardens are lovely, and the signs about the plants and flowers are interesting. The food is always delicious, with good options for vegans and vegetarians too. Our room had a comfortable bed, a nice walk-in wardrobe with lots of coat hangers, and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The evening entertainment was great. The Robs put their whole hearts into it, and I still have the songs from the Greatest Show in my head! It was lovely to see how well the kids are looked after and how much they enjoy the Roby club, organised by the multitalented Lucas, who also did a great dance number in the show. I saw how helpful it was for the kids to break the ice at dinner, meeting the Robs and then having a familiar face to look forward to in the morning. Well done to the manager and team for a memorable, perfect holiday on Kos!

The island itself isn't especially beautiful, but Daidalos is our favourite Robinson Club by far. Its location on a cliff gives you clear views across the Mediterranean, even from almost any room, and breakfast outside is a treat. The food is gorgeous, from Greek yoghurt at breakfast to whole grilled fish at lunch and the themed evening buffets. Make sure to try the brownies! There's loads to do: beach volleyball, soccer, basketball, a gym with ocean views from the treadmill, two pools, sailing, surfing, and bow shooting. The water is so clear you can still see the bottom a kilometre from the beach, and swimming there is beautiful. Daidalos also has very high ecological standards, too many details to list here. We absolutely love that they have a station for street dogs.
