The room was roomy and comfortable, and we enjoyed the shared lounge with its fireplace, toys, and the Olympics on TV. We had a lovely two-night visit to Hotel Pelops in February. Theodore, the owner, was warm, patient, and friendly with our two young kids. We also liked meeting the younger generations of Theodore’s family.

I slept comfortably and would gladly come back for another day in Olimpia. It was a short but very pleasant stay, with simple, practical rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Be sure to try their yoghurt and honey. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel is just seconds from the main street where the locals are.

The decor really brought the Ancient Olympia experience into the hotel, and the breakfast was incredible. Staying here felt like being at home. A very nice hotel.

The Spiliopoulos family were amazing hosts and made our visit memorable. We had a peaceful breakfast in their lovely dining space, with fresh juice, homemade pastry, great yogurt, and incredible coffee. It was delicious and filling, so do have breakfast there. Our space worked perfectly for four: a very comfortable king bed in the main room and two single beds in a second room. The owners were so warm and welcoming while we were visiting Olympia.

The balcony was nice, and the people running the place were very kind. For the price, the rooms and rates seemed in line. Still, if I came again, I'd choose somewhere outside town. The town itself doesn't have much charm, while the countryside is beautiful. The rooms could use some care and updating.
