The place was wonderful overall. The location was great, and we could sleep beside the sea, relax, and enjoy the view. The owners were very friendly and ready to help. They also treated us to apricots and oranges from their garden, which was lovely. Free parking, even in the shade, was a great bonus. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and we got fresh sheets and towels. The room's air conditioning was quite loud, although the rooms are positioned so they stay fairly cool. I also found the hair dryer didn't work. The biggest disappointment was the kitchen. There was just one socket for all the appliances, including the kettle, stove, coffee machine, toaster, and milk frother. On the first day we wanted coffee, but had to wait for someone else to free up that socket so we could heat water in the kettle. The stove and coffee machine didn't work. After that, we didn't use the kitchen at all and went to a restaurant for coffee instead.

Alisaxni Studios is a cozy, comfortable place to stay, and I'd definitely consider coming back if we return to Zakynthos. The owner was accommodating and extremely helpful, and the well-kept property looks fantastic. Being right on the beach meant we could relax on the sunbeds reserved for studio guests without much of a crowd. Rooms have air-conditioning and are refreshed daily, except Sunday, I think. The location is convenient too. Plenty of places are within walking distance, including a bakery, cafe, market, restaurants, bars, and taverns, but the crowds don't disturb you.

We spent eight nights here, and being just steps from the sea was lovely. Parking is private, and restaurants and other services are close by. The rooms were very clean and everything was managed well. Argassi itself gets really busy, especially after dinner, so I’d give the location a 3.

There’s a lovely patio, loungers for guests, and even a table right by the water. The place is a little understated, but it’s right on the beach and has a great barbecue guests can use. The owners are kind and quick to respond. We’ll be back!
