The pool was a highlight, never overcrowded, so we could enjoy it every day. Breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were clean. The housekeeping lady was a star, such a lovely person. The location is perfect too. Best of all was the staff. They were caring and accommodating, and when my husband had health issues during our stay, owner Katerina and her team did everything they could to help. I can’t thank them enough for their support. We’ll be back.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Argasi. Katerina Palace and Studios has lovely outdoor spaces and a nice pool, with well-kept rooms too. The snack bar has a good range at reasonable prices, and the staff and management were welcoming, helpful, and professional.

The pool area was nice and the hotel was clean, but getting a sunbed meant claiming one around 7am, and the poolside was extremely slippery. Our room looked modern, though it was too small for four of us to live comfortably for two weeks, and the balcony faced a ground-floor vehicle wash-down area. Breakfast was basic and repetitive. There’s no real entertainment or play space for young children. It’s a nice enough hotel, just cramped for a family of four.

The staff were very kind and breakfast was quite good, but I was disappointed when we arrived. The separate building on the other side of the hotel didn’t feel like four-star accommodation. Those rooms needed a deep clean: the shower, curtains, and walls were dirty. The parking area is tiny, with space for at most 8 cars. I’m sure the rooms by the pool and the other side of the hotel have been renovated and are clean, but that wasn’t our experience.
