The pool area was kept spotless, and the gardens around the apartments were pretty, with flowers and not too many mosquitoes. The room screens helped too, and the air conditioning kept us cool. Our loft apartment had a super comfy bed. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of good tavernas. The apartments themselves are clean and modern. There’s a nice bar with water at a great price, so you don’t have to carry it back from town. The pool only went as deep as 1 metre 20, which felt very safe. I’d recommend staying here. Thanks to all the staff.

The complex was quiet and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. It was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning team did a great job in our apartment every day. The pool is new and stylish, though a handrail would make getting in easier. The owners were the hardest part of our stay. They were extremely rude, with no greetings or friendly conversation, and short answers to questions. The curly-haired owner seemed so miserable. A new woman started at reception a couple of days before we left, though, and she was delightful, smiley, and chatty. Our ground floor two-bedroom apartment was very cold. The bathroom was dire: the shower head kept slipping out of its holder, and we were told to hold it. The tiled floor was so slippery that we bought a shower mat in town. The water temperature kept changing and was often only lukewarm. Some of the rules felt like they were made up to suit the owners. We paid the tourist tax on arrival, but they wouldn’t take a credit card. We used a debit card, then were told we couldn’t get a receipt. If you order anything at the bar, you have to pay straight away. They said it was in case the tax man came, and that no unpaid food could be left on tables. It was absolutely ludicrous, and nothing like that applied anywhere else on the island. We also asked to see the apartments listed on Booking.com, but were told they weren’t for us because they were “too expensive 🤔”. We travelled with Jet2. A few small changes could have improved things. Bar menus in the rooms on arrival would help guests find out about breakfast and other options. A token welcome drink would be nice too. And please help carry packs of water to the rooms. We saw women in their 80s struggling up a metal staircase with no offer of help. Please put a smile on your face and interact with your customers. We felt treated like the enemy, someone to avoid. We’d have spent time at the bar for lunch and nightcaps if the staff had been friendlier.

We had a really pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the daily cleaning was impeccable. There’s a nice pool with a pool bar serving drinks and light snacks, plus a pool table.

It was lovely and quiet when we visited at the start of summer, but still had a lively feel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was really beautiful and CLEAN. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were refreshed quite often. Thanks again for a lovely stay, we’d definitely come back!
