Nefeli Beach Hotel

The WiFi barely works, and there's little to no mobile signal in the rooms. Breakfast is extremely limited and low quality. The bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable, and the shower water is salty, like rinsing off at the beach instead of in a hotel. Towels aren't changed daily, which is unacceptable for somewhere claiming to be 3 stars. The experience fell far below expectations. This is absolutely not a 3-star hotel by any standard. Don't book it, there are much better options nearby.

The restaurant lets you order in the morning and have your food ready by lunch. I actually prefer that to a buffet, since you know the food is fresh. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and good value, and the staff were happy to help with anything we asked. We stayed at Nefeli Hotel in Argassi with my family for 5 nights. The location was amazing. Special thanks to Mister Alex, the owner, and his wife for looking after us. We'll be back next year, highly recommend it.

We reported these serious hazards to the staff straight away, but nothing meaningful was done. For a whole week, the exposed wire was still uncovered, and no one came to fix the headboard. When I asked to check out early and get a refund for the remaining days, they flatly refused. Our stay was a nightmare. In one bathroom, an exposed wire near the mirror electrocuted a member of our family. In one of the three rooms we'd booked, the headboard came completely off, leaving nails sticking out dangerously from the back. The shower curtain rod also fell on my child. Photos attached. This place is in desperate need of major repairs before it can be considered suitable for guests. It isn't safe for anyone, especially families.

The bathroom flooded from the first day. They said they'd fix it, but never did. The room is very dirty, full of mold, and has goods everywhere. Tap water is salty and not even suitable for showering. Breakfast is inedible. The water at the stop is tap water that they fill into a balloon to make you think it's drinkable. Don't come here if you care about your money and health.
