White Rocks Hotel Kefalonia

That sunset from the main terrace was amazing, and a few staff members were really nice. The location beside a great beach is another plus, but the hotel felt short of what we paid. The buffet breakfast was just okay, and room service seemed overpriced for what you got. The pool is small and quite far from the main building where most rooms are. Only the bungalows are close to it, so the uphill walk in the heat could be tough for young kids and older guests. A golf cart service would work much better. The private beach only fits about 20 people, so unless you arrive very early, you may not get a spot. I doubt we'd stay again.

The food was incredible, and the views were spectacular. Walking uphill to our room was tiring, but worth it. My husband and I spent two weeks here in hot, clear sunshine, and from check-in onward the service was brilliant. The staff were friendly, greeted us each morning and were always glad to help. We loved the hotel and will definitely return.

Just outside the main town, the location worked well for us. Breakfast was good, and lunch and dinner were okay. The entertainment was nice when there was a performance. The staff were professional and spoke well, and one person really stood out. Thanks, Socrates, for the great drinks and conversations. Nice hotel.

I only stopped by for coffee, I didn't stay overnight. The terrace has a lovely sea view over Platis Gialos beach, and I enjoyed the sunset with the scent of pine in the air. The staff were excellent.
