Hotel Akti Arilla

A nice little hotel right in the Center of Arillas, with a lovely pool area and a comfy small Bar. The bar and clubs across the street stay open later than anywhere else in town, so this is Arillas' nightlife hot-spot. If you want a quiet night, close the balcony door. The street-facing rooms are well insulated and air-conditioned. Big shout-out to Spiros, the bartender. See you again soon, my friend 😁

I regret choosing this hotel. For what we paid, I expected better food, but it was bland, badly prepared, and short on variety. What made the stay stressful was how the owners dealt with concerns. They seemed arrogant and uninterested in complaints, and each request appeared to irritate them. The atmosphere felt unfriendly, as though the staff were being punished. I had to ask several times for replacement towels because the ones provided were dirty or had holes. Those interactions with the owners only made things more unpleasant. It felt like a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. I wish I'd avoided that stress during what should have been a relaxing holiday.

It's a nice hotel near the beach, with a great pool. Breakfast wasn't amazing. We liked that they use solar panels and have taken many steps to save energy, as it's a family business. The owner's wife was a bit rude about our clothing and told us to cover up our swimsuits for breakfast. The pool was right next to the breakfast area, where people were wearing swimsuits, and it was around 40 degrees.

Mr Stamatis and his family run this business and are very friendly. The hotel is near the beach and has very good restaurants and bars nearby. There are two bars across from it, which can make nights noisy. If you're tired after the beach, have a drink after dinner, and wear earplugs, things will be fine. I recommend Agios Stefanos beach.
