The Rainbow next door was lovely, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff were rude and the service was poor. They seemed to make up prices as they went, the bedroom TV didn't work, and a piece of metal sticking out of the balcony floor felt dangerous. Food choices were limited. When I asked for a receipt for my hotel payment, they argued with me and talked down to me.

We'd only been to Arillas once and wanted to see what the resort offered. We weren't disappointed: we really liked it, and the hotel was excellent. I've already told Kostas we'll be booking for 2002 soon.

Costas was very kind and helpful, the food was nice, and the place had a big swimming pool. Arillas beach is a lovely sandy beach.

The pool area was such a relaxing place to spend the day, and the hotel was very clean. We especially liked its new “Love Island” feature. The bar stayed open even when we got back late, so we could enjoy one or two last drinks. Kostas was incredibly helpful, even driving us to San Stefanos on a couple of evenings and picking us up when no taxis were available. We’ve just come back from two weeks here and were impressed by the facilities and how friendly everyone was. It was our first visit, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks, Kostas!

The hosts are lovely, and the views over the sea or pool are gorgeous. I love this family run hotel. It also has a fabulous pool, with great showers and toilets.
