Mirage Arillas Studio Type A1

Arillas stole our hearts with its peaceful feel, and it was lovely to unwind by the beach or walk up the hills for the views, wildflowers, and wildlife. Nearby supermarkets even had vegan and wholefood options, which was a nice surprise. There’s good parking, with beautiful villages, busier beaches, and great restaurants within reach. We spent two nights in a first floor apartment after touring the north. The family run place was friendly, with clean, spacious apartments that were basic but felt private. The pool is gorgeous, with comfy sunbeds, fruit trees, and pretty landscaping. Our beds were comfortable, and we had a good sized table, bench seating, a sofa bed, and a table and chairs on the private balcony. A moka pot, sharp knife, washing up cloth and liquid, and a couple more pillows would have been useful, but we still had a very relaxing stay.

The pork tomahawk was delicious, and the service was excellent. The apartments feel upmarket, with a bar, restaurant, fabulous pool, and sea views right by the beachfront. We’re so glad we found this real jewel, it made our holiday. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return. Thanks again!

The setting is beautiful, and watching the sun go down over a cocktail by the stunning pool was a highlight. The food was fabulous too, with a great range of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Angela and her family showed us such warmth and kindness. They, along with the whole Mirage team, were always smiling, happy to chat, offer advice, and help out. Everyone was super efficient and made our holiday feel amazing and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We’ve travelled to wonderful places all over the world, but Mirage and its lovely family and team really captured our hearts. We’ve already booked for next year and are counting down the days.

One of my favourite spots in Arillas. You can drop in for food or cocktails and use the pool, which is wonderful. Really extraordinary place.
