Hotel Aristi Mountain Resort

The dinner menu had some really good options, and everything else was perfect. Breakfast felt like a standard hotel spread, though I would've liked more traditional choices. The staff were polite and helpful, but a little distant.

The hotel's view is a real wow, and the restaurant is a lovely, elegant spot with good wine. A great place to stay while exploring the area.

The hotel feels quite luxurious, and the staff are very friendly. You get access to a sauna, steam bath, indoor pool and two-person jacuzzi as part of the room price, plus there's an outdoor pool. The view is spectacular. Walking into the village center means taking 238 steps down, and the hotel has its own lit path for the uphill walk after dinner.

The desk staff were the worst part of our stay. They wouldn't honor the listed massage prices, then doubled the quoted room rate at checkout and were extremely rude and dismissive to my girlfriend, in a way that felt aggressively gaslighting. We won't return and can't recommend it. Parking was difficult even with a tiny car because there are no marked spaces. The room was adequate, with a nice big tub, but the bed was lumpy and the couch old and worn. The spa was a letdown too: the hot tub was barely warmer than room temperature and the sauna barely warm, making both pretty pointless. Breakfast was very nice, and the view was excellent, as are all the views in Aristi.
