Ms Sofia and Heidi made us feel so welcome, even bringing us delicious homemade treats every day. The accommodation has a stylish design, is spotless, and is in a great location. You really have a little paradise here. We’ll be back!

The owners were a huge help with planning our time on Karpathos. They suggested and booked activities, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and helped us make the most of the island. Trying windsurfing for the first time was a blast. We stayed here for a few nights to get away from the busier, more touristy Greek islands, but it would also be a lovely place to spend a few weeks. The villas are comfortable and immaculately clean, with a kitchen, cooking supplies, and even a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. A beautiful local beach is less than a five-minute walk away, great for a swim or some time on the sand. We’d love to return soon!

Yoga in the garden each morning was a lovely way to start the day, and the outdoor space has loungers too. The apartment itself was spacious and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spotless bathroom stocked with the necessary toiletries. We were even able to check in before the scheduled time. Sophia welcomed us with local sweets and a bottle of wine, and her daughter Heidi was a wonderful guide, sharing activity and restaurant tips. The location is ideal, just steps from Saint Nicolahos beach, with lovely sunsets in Arkasa and the option of heading to Finiki for dinner. Surfers will enjoy it too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We’re back for our second year, and we’ll surely come again. We stayed as a family in one of the two duplexes, enjoying amazing views from both balconies. Everything feels modern, fresh, and simple, and the facilities are gorgeous. The location gives you quiet while still being within walking distance of Agios Nikolaos beach. Cleaning was impeccable, with towels changed daily and the place maintained so well. Ms Sofia is warm and welcoming, but also discreet. Every now and then she’d leave treats in the kitchen for us to find after our outings, like fruit platters or chocolate muffins for the kids’ breakfast. We love Alona and Ms Sofia, a piece of my heart is here. Thanks for everything!
