Seaside Studios

Zaharoula and George were so generous and welcoming that we felt like family. Zaharoula shared helpful tips on places to visit, eat, and find what we needed. The studio was clean, modern, nicely decorated, and had everything we wanted. It sits in a lovely garden that felt calm as soon as we arrived, with a terrace overlooking the sea for unforgettable sunsets. The beach is less than a minute away on foot, and Arkasa town is a short stroll. I loved staying in Arkasa, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings without going far. Seaside studios is a peaceful place to stay, and we'd happily come back. Thanks, Zaharoula and George, for your hospitality.

The owner was always friendly and ready to help, and it's a calm little paradise, great for children. WiFi worked well. The clean, compact kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms had the essentials. We slept very well with insect screens on every window. There are two terraces, one facing west toward the sea and one east, so one is always sunny while the other is shaded. At night the moon over the sea is amazing. I'd come back.

The care we got from the owner was incredible. After hearing that we'd crashed our rented scooters and needed stitches at the local clinic, she came right over to check on us and even called the rental place to yell at them for overcharging. My friend and I were here on a post-graduation trip, and we'll never forget how kind she was. The owner and her family are top-notch, and we were even offered freshly picked grapes and other fruit one day. The bedroom borders a vineyard, and the whole place is just steps from a gorgeous beach. An absolute dream of a getaway, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Zaharoula and George were a lovely, polite couple and did what they could to help us. The apartment was clean, but our six-day stay had several issues. There were no shades on the windows, so sunlight poured in during the day. We had to get up around 6 in the morning, and the worst was early afternoon, when the sun hit the back of the studio where the sea-view balcony is. It gets very bright, so if you need a dark room to sleep, this may not suit you. The WiFi in room 6 was very weak and kept having connection problems. Staff didn't clean the room or change the sheets and towels during our stay. We only got fresh sheets after asking. Air conditioning also cost an extra 5 euros per day. I share this for possible improvements, not to diminish Zaharoula's and George's efforts to make our stay as easy as they could.
