I fell in love with Karpathos! The room was perfect and the views were stunning. There are loads of great restaurants and shops in the village, all an easy walk away. The mini rental was a lovely bonus and helped us explore the whole island. We'll definitely be back next summer!

The ocean view from our suite was unforgettable, especially with the outdoor pool on the balcony giving it an endless feel. It was within walking distance of town, with grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and dessert shops. The port and center town were 20 minutes away, with roads that were easy to access, and the local beach, St. Nicholas, plus many others were nearby. We were greeted right away by the suite staff, who showed us what we needed for our weeklong stay. Inside, everything was immaculately kept, from the spotless floors and neatly made bed to the stocked bathroom and shower supplies. The kitchen set had a stovetop and refrigerator, perfect for our daily groceries. I'd rate it 10/10 for couples after a romantic getaway or a quiet stay.

Mina and George/Georgios were so warm, open and kind, and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed at Thalasidi Luxury Suites from 31/5 until 11/6 and loved returning to our beautiful apartment after a day exploring Karpathos. The room was luxurious, the suites were very clean, and the beds were great in our opinion. We'd enjoy the late midday sun on the terrace, take a dip in the private pool, and watch the beautiful sunsets from the suite. Arkasa is a great base in the small village on the west of the island, with an authentic Greek feel and generally very kind people. The location is just outside the center, about a five-minute walk to its restaurants and bars, and around a 15-minute walk to the lovely Aghios Nikolaos beach. Finiki is another lovely little village nearby, so there are options for a relaxing day if you don't want to explore farther across the island. We'll definitely come back.
