This felt much closer to a 3-star hotel than a 5-star one. The breakfast was generous, though there wasn’t much variety. The room was large, but poorly ventilated and damp, with mold that had me sneezing throughout the stay because I’m allergic to it. There isn’t a beach, despite what the presentation photos might lead you to expect. The bathroom sink faucet was broken, there was no bathtub plug, and the dismantled jacuzzi system didn’t work. The entrance door was cracked, and there was no terrace or balcony. The air conditioning in the hallways was out, so they felt like a sauna. There were many shortcomings.

The seaside and pool public areas are clean and nicely planted, and the staff are friendly and polite. There’s also a spacious free parking lot. The location is good, though weekends can be noisy. Some carpets inside look like they should have been replaced years ago.

The beach setup is a floating platform rather than a beach, though there’s a small stony beach just two minutes away. The hotel is beachfront, and nearby beaches have a blue flag award for water cleanliness and 32 other criteria. The garden is lovely, and parking is spacious. The staff were super nice, the room and bathroom were clean and roomy, and the central air conditioning worked properly even in tropical temperatures. Breakfast had a big range of foods, fresh fruit, excellent coffee, and juices. We didn’t see any mosquitoes during our stay. The complex also has great spa and conference facilities.

This place could be much better, which makes it a shame. The rooms are so-so, with old furniture that likely hasn’t been updated since the hotel opened. The hallway carpets are absolutely disgusting.
