Having several great tavernas right nearby was a lovely bonus, and my room had everything I needed, including a small kitchen. I was lucky to get a balcony facing the sea, just steps away, and there was also desk space that worked well while I was working. The bed was really comfortable, and I loved the decor. Marily and Sara were warm, friendly, and so helpful, going out of their way to make things easy and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Island Hotel in Pefki and would gladly recommend it. I’m very grateful to them for their generous hospitality.

My wife and I spent two nights here just after our wedding, as part of a “mini”moon. We’d never visited Pefki before, but the stay has made me want to return and stay at Island again. The room was huge, with a small kitchen and a large balcony facing the sea. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Greece, run by a friendly family who put a lot of effort into giving the rooms a personal touch you rarely find in hotels. Thanks!

The owners of hotel ISLAND in Pefki clearly have meraki, the Greek word for doing something with care and taste. Add the enjoyment of staying here, and you’ve got a perfect holiday combination.

The sea view was lovely, and everyone was so kind. There’s also a shop downstairs with a great selection of jewelry and clothes. A cosy place with very hospitable people.

We felt right at home here on our first trip with our newborn son and our dog. It’s ideal for families, and Marily is so welcoming and kind.
