The little beach nearby has just a few people and natural shade from tamarisk trees, and there’s a supermarket close by too. From the accommodation, Platis Gialos is within walking distance, and the sea view is wonderful. It’s a quiet spot with spacious, clean rooms, cleaned daily and equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, WiFi, cooking hobs, glasses, cutlery, and more, so it’s comfortable to stay in. Dimitris and Eleni are friendly and very helpful. They stock the fridge with water, juices, jam, butter, and other supplies, and each day there are homemade treats on the table, like cheese pies, rusks, and cakes, lovingly made by Mrs. Roula, Eleni’s mother. "Votsalo" is a great choice for a quiet, relaxing holiday, and one we’d want to repeat.

There’s a real heart to this place, and you can feel it. Rula is so warm, friendly, and attentive. She makes delicious jam and surprise dishes herself. Her daughter Heleni and Dimitri were lovely and attentive too. Thank you, dear family, we’ve taken you into our hearts. Our apartment at Votsalo was beautiful, clean, well looked after, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed, linen, cupboards, and furnishings were all in good shape. From the apartment we could see the sea, islands, and a bay, with sunrise in the morning and lovely shade in the afternoon. Pera Gialos village is an easy walk away, and there’s a larger supermarket around the corner with everything you need. The village bakery has delicious bread. We had a rental car for two days and could park it easily at the property. We stayed for a week in May and had a fantastic time. We highly recommend it. Thank you! Antoine and Daniëlle.

Mrs Maroula and Mr Vasilis are the sweetest, most caring hosts, and the service was exceptional. They added thoughtful touches, including homemade pastries and treats every day. Our room was always clean and smelled like vanilla. The rooms have an incredible sea view. We’ll come back. Thank you very much, and see you again!

The rooms feel very new and have great furnishings. We loved the homemade snacks that showed up each day, a lovely surprise that made us feel at home. The location is amazing, with a little bay just below that’s almost private, and the supermarket is only a two-minute walk away.
