Stampalia Luxury Studios

Astypalea is a quiet, beautiful island with lovely beaches and good restaurants at reasonable prices. I’ve traveled all over Europe, including many places in Greece, and this was my best experience. Maria is an amazing host, you have to meet her to understand. We stayed in a two-floor house. Downstairs there was a kitchen with everything needed for cooking, a living room, and a bathroom. Upstairs were one double bed, one single bed, and a wardrobe. The house was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The bathroom had shampoo, towels, and a bathrobe. Maria welcomed us with local wine, fruit, and lots of snacks. The kitchen had Greek coffee, tea, milk, Illy espresso capsules, and a filter coffee machine. There was also local honey and jam, plus complimentary drinks, butter, and jam in the refrigerator. It’s a five-minute walk from the port and two minutes from the beach, bus stop, and supermarket. There’s a bakery on the corner, and you can walk up to Chora in 5-10 minutes. Maria can suggest good restaurants, beaches, and boat tours, and can easily arrange a taxi or rental car. Go to Astypalea and stay in Maria’s stampalia luxury houses for a perfect holiday.

The owner was so friendly and kind, and even brought us a handmade sweet as we were leaving. The place was perfectly clean and spacious, with a big bathroom, living room, and bedroom, near the old port and the castle. If we visit Astypalaia again, we’ll definitely choose Stampalia.

Maria, the owner, was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent, including daily cleaning. The apartments were nice too. What more could you ask for during a stay in Astypalaia?
