The villa sits on a hill just above Gialos beach, with loungers on the lower terrace facing the beach. Outside, there’s a pergola-covered table for six, a barbecue, a sink, and a shower in the yard. Inside, the ground floor has a bathroom with a toilet, a separate double bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room with stairs leading up. The kitchen is well equipped with a built-in dishwasher and washing machine, ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave with a second oven, double refrigerator, and a dining table for five. Upstairs there’s a small office with a desk, a bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, and a separate terrace. Everything is tastefully done and fitted with high technology, including automatic solar roller shutters and mosquito screens, a whole-house security system, automatic garage doors, and automated lighting for the house and yard.
