My stay was disappointing, and the way several problems were handled felt unacceptable. There were ants in my room, and I reported them early in the morning with photos. At 7:40 AM I was told staff started work at 8. When I returned around 3 PM, the ants were still there and I was told they were already closed. It’s unclear why nothing was done between 8 and 3. The noise issue was similar. My neighbors played very loud music through a large speaker. The hotel lists quiet hours from 10 PM, but when I complained before then, staff said quiet hours hadn’t started. After 22.00, they said they were already closed. I got no help either way. When I asked why nobody helped with my luggage on arrival, staff first said it was because I’d booked my transfer through Booking.com instead of directly with them. When I offered to book the return transfer through the hotel, they then said assistance wasn’t guaranteed because it didn’t depend on them. Those contradictory answers felt unprofessional. The most concerning part was the booking report. Even though I stayed at the hotel and paid a non-refundable rate, they reported me to Booking.com as a no-show. It seemed deliberate, perhaps to avoid a negative review. They didn’t take responsibility for basic hospitality or resolve the problems during my stay, then tried to cover it up with what I believe was a false report.
