We loved the views from both the room and the restaurant, and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on two nights. The fish and spaghetti were excellent, the bar was lovely, and breakfast is worth recommending too. Alex and Kostas at reception, along with Stella, Angela, and Vasiliki at the restaurant, were especially warm, kind, and attentive. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, so nearly everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. My friend and I came to Athens for three days, and after seeing the photos we picked this hotel. It was my second visit to Athens, and we were really glad we chose it. We enjoyed the city much more because of this stay. I’d highly recommend it and would happily return.

The price is on the high side, but I think it’s worth it if you want to splurge a little. The location is stellar and the staff are genuinely helpful and nice. Our rooms were comfy and clean, the shower was amazing, and the beds were big. They were a bit too soft for my taste, though that’s just personal preference.

We were close to shops, restaurants, street food, and only a short walk from the Acropolis. The rooftop restaurant had a fantastic Acropolis view, and we had breakfast there and stopped by for a cocktail almost every night. Even when it was crowded, the staff found us a table. We didn’t go to the New Year’s Eve party, but the hotel let us up to the roof for the fireworks, and the view was amazing. We stayed at A for Athens for a few days over New Year’s Eve. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Six months ago, on a cool, cloudy day, a friend and I went up to the top terrace for coffee and enjoyed the perfect view. Special thanks to the blond Sophia. Her service was already perfect, and she also went the extra mile to help us with real empathy.
