The street gets loud, with restaurants and bars busy from 7 PM until 4 AM, cats fighting and car alarms going off. Still, it was completely quiet in the morning, and the noise didn’t keep me awake. I was travelling without my child, I’m a St. Petersburg kind of person, and walking 10 km a day left me tired. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything, even an ironing board. The owner answered questions promptly. The air conditioners were quiet and worked perfectly, though the TV wasn’t much use since it wasn’t a smart TV. The bed felt a little soft, but the sofa was firmer if you prefer that. The location is great, about a 20-minute walk to the Acropolis, with pharmacies, supermarkets and a second-hand bookshop with books in various languages nearby. I’d recommend it.
