It’s easy to get to, and the location is good, near central areas like Omonoia. Omonoia felt quite unsafe at night, but the accommodation itself felt safe. The dorm is okay, though doors, beds, and the common room can make it noisy. The cleaner comes daily and is friendly. An alright place to stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, even if you’re trying to save money. The owner communicated poorly and stopped answering once I’d paid. The area felt like a slum, and both it and the building were dirty and smelly. The place looked clean at first, but after walking around in socks I found they picked up human hair. My double room didn’t look as nice as the pictures. The floor was damaged, and the balcony was unpleasant enough that I didn’t use it. I had to call to get towels, but the owner wasn’t answering messages, so I dried myself with my clothes. I also got no reply when I asked how to open the safe. When we reported that the trolley door was stuck, nobody came to look at it, so the toilet door had to stay open. There was too much noise and light coming into the bedroom. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I couldn’t sleep for two nights, also because the air conditioner made a strange noise. I DON’T recommend this place at all.

The roommates were very friendly, the one positive thing about the place. The landlord was aggressive, there was mold everywhere, the Wi-Fi was bad, and a camera in the living room could record audio and video. He makes tenants join a WhatsApp group for daily messages, and if you miss your cleaning day he tries to charge 15 euros and shames you publicly in the group. Be prepared to see his face a lot: he checks on the apartment and tenants at least three times a week. He also tried to get physical after someone called him a bad name.

A comfortable shared apartment that gave me a real local experience. It felt like home, with a modern look, lovely decor, stylish new bathrooms, and everything provided: Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, towels, and shampoo. Super clean. Highly recommend!
