We were four adults staying for 3N/4D and had plenty of space. The elevator made every floor easy to reach, and AC in all rooms helped a lot with the dry June heat. There were balconies on both sides, lots of daylight, plenty of towels and napkins, slippers for everyone, and good toiletries. The kitchen was particularly well set up: washer, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, clotheslines, and pantry basics including EVOO, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and filters. Cleaning and recycling supplies were there too, and the host left wine, water, cookies and fruit. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, close to historic sights, restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, late-night food, and several metro and bus lines. Our hosts were approachable and responsive, set up a handy WhatsApp group, gave us restaurant and cafe tips, and arranged a taxi for our early ferry to Santorini. Check-in was quick and self-service, though I’d suggest contacting them a day ahead to make things easier. A great choice for a modern stay in historic Athens.

We only spent one night here before leaving the city, but it was a lovely stay. The living room was very spacious and the rooms were nice. Our hostess was kind, left cookies and refreshments, and arranged transport to the airport. The location was perfect. I’d definitely recommend it.

The owner was friendly, and window screens were fitted. The subway and bus stop are nearby, with lots of restaurants around. But a cockroach appeared in my room, so I had to switch rooms. The cleanliness and pest control didn’t seem very good.

We spent four days here at the end of September 2025, and it worked well for our family of five. It was comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of supplies, and the air conditioning and hot water both worked properly. Having a washing machine was useful, too. The location made it easy to explore around the Acropolis, and the metro station is conveniently close. The people managing the apartment helped a lot with arranging check-in and check-out and recommending local restaurants. A nice option for up to five people.

We stayed with Absolute Athens twice, first for one night at Athens II, then for a few more nights at Athens I. Both apartments were well equipped and in excellent spots, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the metro. Aristea was especially kind and helpful during our visit.
