Iphigenia made our stay especially smooth. We flew in and were heading to the cruise port the next day, and she kindly arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel and then to the port. She was also very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful visit in May 2026. The location is ideal for exploring the Acropolis area on foot, including the Acropolis Museum, Parthenon, Mars Hill, Agora, and Plaka, so bring walking shoes. Breakfast upstairs was excellent, with lovely views of the Acropolis. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The family running the hotel were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, though the shower could have used a bit more scrubbing. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was modest but delicious, with a few espresso drinks included. The hotel is very close to the Acropolis and Plaka, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around.

The bar has spectacular Acropolis views, and it’s a lovely place to relax. The location is excellent, too. Breakfast was varied and good quality. We had a very pleasant stay, and especially appreciated how kind, friendly, attentive, and welcoming the staff were. Highly recommended.

Our Acropolis Suite had an incredible view, and we spent as much time as we could on the balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the whole hotel was super clean. The lobby has plenty of couches for relaxing, with maps and information about all kinds of excursions. There’s a 24-hour front desk, and staff let you in through the front door, which made it feel really safe. The elevator fit two people and four medium rolling bags without trouble. We were greeted by a staff member when we arrived, and everyone made us feel welcome and was friendly and accommodating. They shared lots of suggestions for local sights, places to go, and places to eat. When the airline lost my husband’s suitcase, they helped us sort it out, and once it arrived, we found it waiting in our room after a day out. Breakfast and coffee are served upstairs every day, which saves time and money. It’s a cold-style breakfast rather than a traditional American one, with pastries, cold cuts, granola, yogurt, nuts, spreads, juice, tea, and filtered coffee. A lovely gentleman also makes coffee to order. I don’t usually drink coffee, but I had it every day, even trying kinds I normally wouldn’t because it was so good. I wish I could’ve taken him home! The location was convenient for activities, just steps from the metro, restaurants, and shops, and minutes from the Acropolis. My husband and I had an amazing stay at AD Luxury Rooms and Suites. It was memorable, I didn’t want to leave, and I’m already planning a return trip.
