We had a clean, comfortable family room with plenty of space, including a separate room with bunk beds for the children. The mattresses were comfy, and having a fridge was handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no hotel car park, but they arranged a spot for us at a lot two minutes away for €30/day. We also enjoyed having lunch on the cool roof terrace one day. The hotel is in a perfect spot in Plaka, near a huge choice of restaurants, and we could see the Acropolis from our room. It’s a five-minute walk to the Acropolis entrance. Breakfast was good, with cereals, bread, cheese, juices, and hot drinks.

The room was small, and the bathroom tiny, but it was clean and fairly quiet. The location was excellent, handy for nearby sights and restaurants.

The staff are what made our stay at Anassa Hotel truly special. Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and attentive, and their warm welcome made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was perfect, with modern, clean, and beautifully maintained facilities. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh choices each morning before heading out to explore Santorini. A 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend Anassa Hotel to anyone visiting the island.

The room was a good size, and the staff were all friendly, nice, and helpful. Breakfast was basic but decent, though the coffee really wasn’t good. The mini fridge didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi only worked on the first floor, not in the rooms, which was a bit annoying. The location is amazing, within walking distance of almost everything and easy to get around. There’s also a really nice view from the top terrace.

We were four in one room, but it didn’t feel cramped. The hotel was very good value for what we paid, and the staff were really friendly. Our small balcony looked out over the streets and was pretty and charming. We’d definitely come back.
