Breakfast and dinner had a great range of food, the cocktails at the skybar were tasty, and our waiters were attentive and cool. The kitchen was outstanding. The hotel has a luxurious feel, and the staff were kind and caring, looking out for what we needed throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade for our last night, which we really appreciated. The location is great, with bars, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions all within walking distance. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a private, elegant, cosmopolitan vibe. Thanks again to the staff for making our stay memorable.

The staff were truly wonderful. Petar at the Front desk was friendly and helpful whenever we needed him, and the rooftop restaurant staff were very attentive and adjusted the menu for my small kids. It’s a very modern, clean Hilton property with easy access to the local attractions in Athens. The elevators are very small, and the rooms have mirrors everywhere and a see-through shower, so it’s not the most family-friendly hotel. Still, I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great stay in Athens.

We’ve just come back from five nights here, and it was a very pleasant stay from beginning to end. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and en-suites were very clean, though there wasn’t much room to unpack suitcases. They kept water bottles in the fridge and replaced them each morning, which was great. All four of us were impressed by the meals at the rooftop bar and restaurant, where we ate twice. They were the best two meals I had in Athens. The hotel is within walking distance of several main sights and interesting places, and I’d definitely book here again if we return to Athens. The room did get a bit too hot overnight for us. It had air conditioning, but as people from Northern Europe, we couldn’t get the temperature down to what we’re used to. Locals were wearing thick coats at 19c while we walked around in shirts, so I suspect that was more of an us issue than an air-conditioning problem.

The room was clean but small and very dark, with a smell of smoke mixed with room perfume. We were exhausted and didn’t want another argument with Julia, so we stayed. If there hadn’t been that smell or trouble at check-in, I’d recommend the hotel to everyone. We had a very odd and bad check-in at 11pm because Julia and her colleague Petros were unfriendly and cold. I told them we had another reservation for the next day, but they insisted on collecting all payments at once, plus a 50 euro deposit per day, 100 euros for two days in the same room. I’m Hilton Diamond, and they already had my information and card details in the Hilton system, but they wouldn’t give us room keys unless we paid for the next day. During the long check-in, they said no to all our requests and tried to put us on a floor above, even though I’d told the hotel many times before our stay that I’m very sensitive to noise. The location and breakfast were very good, and the room-cleaning and breakfast staff were exceptional. Would I stay again? Maybe, if someone else checked us in and I got a real NonSmoking room.
