We were there for five nights, and the staff made the stay feel so welcoming. They were patient and attentive, and I’m especially grateful to Eugenia. I can’t remember the other staff members’ names, but please pass on my thanks to everyone who worked from Saturday. The place is comfortable, well located, and has great amenities. They explain everything before arrival. Five stars.
We stayed four nights, and the modern, stylish room would probably appeal to younger guests. The front desk is staffed from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, which felt reassuring. Our flight meant we had to leave very early, before staff were around, but we were glad checkout didn’t require a process. It’s only a few minutes on foot from Panepistimio Station on the red metro line, and Syntagma and Omonia stations are walkable too. From the outside, you might not realize it’s a hotel: it’s in a multi-tenant building with a bookstore on the ground floor. The hotel entrance is beside the bookstore, and you use a password provided in advance on the keypad. There’s another keypad at the room door, also opened by password.
We spent 11 days at Airio Athens Suites, and leaving was hard. The rooms are stylish but also peaceful and incredibly cozy. When I first walked in, it felt like finding a little home I hadn’t known I needed. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and carefully designed. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. After long days in the city, coming back felt like a hug. Airio Athens Suites made the trip special, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended. 💛
The breakfast was tasty and generous, and the staff deserve a special mention for being so polite and attentive. The room was clean, nicely arranged, and a good size for the price. The hotel is near the university, which made getting there from the airport and sightseeing convenient. I’d consider staying again.
I was lucky to spend five days here, and the room was immaculate. I couldn’t find a speck of dust, and even the toilet was thoroughly disinfected. It smelled fresh, with a pleasant aroma rather than that usual hotel chlorine smell. The bed was comfortable for two, and the pillows were amazing. They provide slippers, plus a popular brand of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Best of all, there’s a state-of-the-art coffee machine that was perfect in the morning. The staff were exceptional and quick to handle everything I asked for. The young woman at reception was especially polite. I enjoyed the stay and wanted to share the details with future guests. 10/10, would recommend again.
