The hotel is central, but our room was quiet, secure, and peaceful. It was generally small, with the windows positioned a bit high, but nicely decorated and very clean. Reception staff were extremely helpful. We arrived before check-in, and they kept our luggage all day, then messaged as soon as the room was ready. We stayed one night in February, and they kindly let us have breakfast on arrival day. It was very good and varied.

The evening receptionist was especially helpful with recommendations and reservations, and really made our stay better. Everyone was warm and went above and beyond. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and Amazon Hotel is perfectly located in Plaka, within walking distance of everything. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for a visit to Athens!

The room on the 3rd floor had weak internet, or none at all. The rest of the stay was lovely: the staff throughout were welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different spread each morning and vegan and diabetic-friendly options. The hotel is clean and right in the heart of Athens, a 2 minute walk from Syntagma Square and its metro station. The rooms are new with fresh decor.

The breakfast buffet was a little small, but had what you need for a satisfying start to the day. Rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and every staff member we met was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's great value for money in central Athens, just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square and close to the main attractions.

The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great taste. Staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was lovely. The shower drain wasn't working properly, and they weren't able to fix it. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent location near the metro and historic neighborhood.
